DRAF is seeking a full time Registrar/Installation Manager to manage the David Roberts Collection and installation of exhibitions and live events at DRAF.

Job title: Registrar/ Installation Manager

Full-time, renewable contract, £24–30k per annum

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the installation of artworks for temporary exhibitions and/or collection displays at DRAF, and external venues
  • Managing all technical equipment and AV installation for exhibitions and live events, as well as general maintenance of DRAF Gallery and DRAF Studio.
  • Organise, monitor and control the collection’s storages
  • Transport and organisation of transport of artworks
  • Responsible for the checking and condition reporting of artworks in the collection and any artworks loaned to DRAF for temporary exhibitions
  • Maintaining good communication when liaising with other DRAF staff, collaborators, artists, external contractors or anyone involved with the Collection’s administration or exhibition installation

Essential skills:

  • Art handling experience
  • Driving license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
