Harry Burke, Holly Childs and Sophie Collins present an immersive reading installation in Nina Beier’s solo presentation at DRAF. Burke and Childs will read a story that maps the space. Collins will read a series of ekphrastic poems. The event will also include video readings by Natalie Parker, Aurelia Guo, Jack Mannix and Autumn Royal.
Harry Burke is a London-based writer. He recently edited I Love Roses When They’re Past Their Best (published 2014, Test Centre) and published City of God, an ebook of his poems with architectural drawings by Alessandro Bava (Version House, 2014).
Holly Childs is a Melbourne-based writer, editor and artist. She curated the exhibition Quake II, currently on show at Arcadia Missa, and her forthcoming novel Danklands will be published in December 2014.
Sophie Collins is a writer and co-founder of tender, an online quarterly promoting work by female-identified writers and artists. Her poems have appeared in Poetry, Poetry London, The White Review, and elsewhere. She is currently carrying out research on poetry and translation at Queen’s University Belfast.
